3-Use Restrictions
Use of the Service in violation of these Use Restrictions is strictly prohibited, may result in the immediate revocation of your limited rights, and may subject you to liability for violations of law. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
3.1 Engage in any conduct that we deem to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service, or make improper use of our support services.

3.7 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts registered for or used by others, or computers, servers or networks connected to the Service through any means other than the user interface we provide, including, but not limited to, circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting anyone else to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device or software that is part of the Service.
3.8 Post any abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libellous, or racially, sexually, religiously or otherwise objectionable or offensive information, or engage in persistent toxic behavior, such as repeatedly posting messages on an unsolicited basis.
4- Service Updates
You understand that the Service is an evolving service. We may ask you to accept updates to the Service and our games that you have installed on your device or computer. You acknowledge and agree that we may update the Services and our Games with or without notifying you. You may need to update third-party software from time to time in order to receive the Services and play our Games.
5- Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to factors beyond its reasonable control. Such factors include, but are not limited to, unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, actions taken by civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
